Shipping and Returns Policy – Coco & Dundas
At Coco & Dandas, we operate a made-to-order production model, meaning each piece is made specifically for you after the order is placed. This allows us to guarantee exclusivity, quality, and a responsible process, but also involves certain conditions aimed at protecting the shopping experience and the sustainability of our business.
1. Shipments
All orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
The average preparation time is 2 to 7 working days, depending on the product.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to follow the progress of the delivery.
2. Returns and exchanges
Since each product is made to order for each customer, we do not accept returns or issue refunds in the event of a change of mind, incorrect size or design.
No exchange or return can be processed in the following cases:
Incorrect size, color, or design selected by the customer.
Change of mind after purchase.
Product worn or washed.
3. Defective or damaged products
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, you must notify Coco & Dandas within 30 calendar days of receipt.
The claim must include clear photos of the defect or damage.
4. Orders not delivered or with incorrect address
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete or unclaimed address by the customer:
The package will be returned and may be reshipped after payment of the additional shipping costs.
No refunds will be issued for this reason.
A detailed description of the problem is required.
After evaluating the case, Coco & Dandas may replace the product at no additional cost.
5. Lost Orders
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, you can request a verification. If the package is confirmed to have been lost during transport, Coco & Dandas will be able to resend it at no additional cost.
