At Coco & Dandas, we operate a made-to-order production model, meaning each piece is made specifically for you after the order is placed. This allows us to guarantee exclusivity, quality, and a responsible process, but also involves certain conditions aimed at protecting the shopping experience and the sustainability of our business. <\/p>\n

1. Shipments<\/strong>
All orders are processed once payment is confirmed.<\/p>\n

The average preparation time is 2 to 7 working days, depending on the product.<\/p>\n

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen at the time of purchase.<\/p>\n

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to follow the progress of the delivery.<\/p>\n

2. Returns and exchanges<\/strong>
Since each product is made to order for each customer, we do not accept returns or issue refunds in the event of a change of mind, incorrect size or design.<\/p>\n

No exchange or return can be processed in the following cases:<\/p>\n

Incorrect size, color, or design selected by the customer.
Change of mind after purchase.
Product worn or washed.<\/p>\n

3. Defective or damaged products<\/strong>
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, you must notify Coco & Dandas within 30 calendar days of receipt.
The claim must include clear photos of the defect or damage.<\/p>\n

4. Orders not delivered or with incorrect address<\/strong>
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete or unclaimed address by the customer:<\/p>\n

The package will be returned and may be reshipped after payment of the additional shipping costs.
No refunds will be issued for this reason.
A detailed description of the problem is required.
After evaluating the case, Coco & Dandas may replace the product at no additional cost.<\/p>\n

5. Lost Orders<\/strong>
If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, you can request a verification. If the package is confirmed to have been lost during transport, Coco & Dandas will be able to resend it at no additional cost. <\/p>\n
